1 what do you learn in one day?

• about truth: i talked with my friends, and find that the way i treat my friends .sometimes it  is really neccessary to talked this with them. because the way people become closer friend, is to  care about each other .and everyone need response.

and also i need to learn how to make myself not that impatient.

• about english: a page of toefl.

2 what do you do wrong in one day? /what do you want to repent in one day?

• woke up too late.
• ate some snacks.and have irregular meals.
• have no time to work out .
